Medical Consultation Paradigm
Every order mandates rigorous prescription verification. Our licensed network of US healthcare providers meticulously reviews your medical chart to issue valid prescriptions. If approved, your Rx is digitally routed to our pharmacy.
Critical Notice: Our asynchronous telehealth framework is not a replacement for primary care or emergency services. If you experience an emergency, dial 911 immediately. We absolutely reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed clinically inappropriate.
Financial Core
- Pricing is dynamic and subject to adjustments.
- Transactions process via PCI-compliant gateways.
- We explicitly reserve the right to cancel orders.
- Refunds occur if medical approval fails.
Fulfillment Policy
- We deliver nationwide to serviced zones.
- Expect 3-5 day delivery post-clearance.
- All parcels utilize unbranded packaging.
- StayReady does not refund carrier delays.
Return & Refund Protocol
Federal law absolutely prohibits the return of compounded or filled prescription medications. We do not process returns of any medical product once shipped. If structural damage occurs during transit, you have 72 hours post-delivery to contact our support echelon.
Limitation of Liability
StayReady acts strictly as a facilitating platform bridging patients, physicians, and pharmacies. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages manifesting from your utilization of our digital pathways, or adverse reactions deriving from prescribed agents. Liability is strictly capped at the financial sum you surrendered to our firm.
